Distinguished Lectureship Program
Is your Section in need of a speaker? Through the Distinguished Lectureship Program, IFT connects speakers to Sections, Subsections, and Regional Meetings. Every IFT Section and Subsection and each IFT Regional Meeting is entitled to one lecturer during a program year. 

Board of Directors Presentations
Each year IFT offers a speaker pool consisting of all Board of Directors members, including the immediate Past President, President, and President-Elect, to speak at Section and Subsection meetings, and Regional meetings of three or more Sections. This system is designed to provide a wide choice of speakers and topics.

Fellows University and Regional Section Visitation Program
IFT Fellows have rich experience and expertise to share with the next generation of food scientists. The Fellows Visitation Program brings Fellows to universities and IFT Sections. University visits can last one to several days, during which Fellows can give seminars, consult in their areas of expertise, and mentor students.
