Food Technology Non-Member Subscribers

Access to Food Technology articles online now requires a username and password. Each institutional or non-member subscriber can create one username and password per subscription.

(Please note, these instructions do not apply to IFT members.)

How to Login

Enter your Customer Number in the Username box, and your Company or Organization Name in the Password box. See the sample mailing label below to find your Customer Number and Name.

Type your name and number exactly as they appear on the mailing label, including any spaces, symbols or periods.  

This will be the username and password you use any time you log in to the Food Technology online archive.
